  • Is there a warranty for GoZone items? How do I register?
Only specific items have a warranty. You can find the list of products that have warranties and register your item on the Warranty Page found within our site.
  • My item is defective. How can I get a refund?
Due to the item being purchased at Walmart, we are unable to issue a refund. If you would like a refund, please return the item to the Walmart location where you made your purchase. If you would like a replacement, please send an email to customerservice@go-zone.ca with your name, phone number, shipping address, proof of purchase, the style # of your item, and a photo showing where it is defective.
  • My item is damaged/defective and I lost my receipt to return it. What are my options?
